If you received your product and you aren't completely in love with it, your product arrived faulty or damaged in transit, you are welcome to return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund (less shipping charges) or exchange.
You can choose between product exchange, a refund in-store credit, or a refund to your original payment method.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.

As long as your product has not been fulfilled by us, within 24 hours, we can modify/cancel your order.

If your order has shipped out already, shipping is non-refundable.

Orders can only be cancelled or changed before they have been shipped. While we will do our best to change your order in time, we can't guarantee that the changes can be made before your order has been shipped.

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, contact us as soon as possible after the order has been placed.  


If for any reason your items did not arrive in the promised condition or have been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of both the product and the packaging. We'll provide return instructions for the damaged or defective item, and we'll be happy to organize a replacement at no cost to you. Be sure to complete this process within 30 days of the delivery date. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.


In the event of a change of mind return, simply return your product within 30 days of the delivery date for the full product amount. Please note, shipping costs will not be refunded, and any costs to return the product will be incurred by the customer.


You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For all returns, items must be in their original condition and packaging. We advise you choose a fully tracked service so that you know that it has arrived back with us safely. The items are your responsibility until they reach our return inspection office. We will send you an email as soon as your return has been received and is processed.
